OASIS+ was awarded in 2024 and represents a significant evolution from the original OASIS program. It consolidates multiple legacy vehicles into a single, flexible framework that federal agencies can use for complex, integrated professional service requirements.

OASIS+ contract families:

• OASIS+ Unrestricted — Open to all businesses regardless of size
• OASIS+ Small Business (SB) — Reserved for small businesses
• OASIS+ 8(a) — Reserved for SBA 8(a) certified firms
• OASIS+ HUBZone — Reserved for HUBZone certified firms
• OASIS+ SDVOSB — Reserved for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses
• OASIS+ WOSB — Reserved for Women-Owned Small Businesses

Why OASIS+ matters: As a Best-in-Class (BIC) vehicle, agencies are actively encouraged to use OASIS+ for eligible requirements. OMB's category management initiative pushes agencies toward BIC vehicles, which means more task order opportunities flowing through OASIS+ and fewer standalone contracts.

Getting on OASIS+: GSA conducts periodic on-ramp evaluations. Requirements include demonstrated past performance in relevant service domains, minimum revenue thresholds, and relevant certifications. Monitor GSA's OASIS+ website and Interact community for on-ramp announcements.

Competing for task orders: OASIS+ contract holders compete at the task order level. Each agency issues a fair opportunity notice to the relevant OASIS+ pool, and contract holders submit proposals. Task orders can range from thousands to hundreds of millions of dollars.
