How do I move my active pipeline out of GovSpend?
Send us the export. Download your pursuits from GovSpend as a CSV or Excel file and email it to support@bidsparq.com from your BidSparq account. Within one business day every tracked bid is in your workspace: matched to its live record, with stages, notes, due dates, values and owners preserved, plus a report of what matched. Bids that are not in the BidSparq index yet are kept as imported cards on your Pursuits board and become full pursuits automatically the day the opportunity appears. The import is free on the trial and on every plan, nothing is deleted or overwritten, and your recurring searches are set up as watches from the sentences you give us. BidSparq's AI then scores the full opportunity backlog against your profile, which often surfaces bids the old tool never showed you.
Does BidSparq require an annual contract?
No. BidSparq is $249/month, published publicly, cancel anytime. Annual billing at $199/month is optional, never required. The 14-day free trial includes full Pro Max access with no credit card.
