This corpus holds every IDV parent USAspending records with a transaction since fiscal 2008, refreshed daily, so these are counts over the whole population, not a sample. Active means the ordering period ends today or later.
Counts are of vehicles, never of dollars: a vehicle's ceiling is shared by every holder and says nothing about what has been ordered. Holder rankings exclude USAspending's recipient placeholder for miscellaneous foreign awardees.
