What the Artifacts page holds

Finding & Scoring RFPsUpdated October 27, 2026

When you ask AI Chat for a comparison, a ranking or a letter, it does not just answer in prose. It builds the result as an object you can keep: a table, a chart or a draft document. Those objects are artifacts.

What an artifact is

Tables hold the rows behind an answer, paginated, with a CSV download and links from any bid or buyer cell to its page. Charts are bar, line or donut views of the same kind of data. Drafts are documents the assistant writes from your data, such as a public-records request letter. Every artifact keeps a link to the conversation that produced it.

Where to find them

Inside a conversation, artifacts appear as cards in the thread and in that conversation's Artifacts panel. Across conversations, open the Artifacts page from AI Chat: every table, chart and draft your workspace has built, newest first, filterable by type, each with a preview and a way back into its conversation. A table can be saved as a list from there.

Who can see and use them

Artifacts belong to your workspace, so every teammate, whatever their role, can open, download and save them. Nobody outside your workspace can see them, and they are never indexed.
