Catch buying signals before the RFP drops
The best time to start winning a contract is before it is advertised. The Signals page surfaces early buying activity across the market, ranked to your business, so you can position while competitors are still waiting for the RFP.
What Signals shows
- Sources sought and RFIs. An agency is researching a purchase.
- Pre-solicitations and authorized RFPs. A solicitation is imminent.
- Recompetes. An incumbent's contract is expiring.
- Grant funding. Money was just awarded, and procurements often follow.
- Hiring surges and capital projects. Early indicators that services or construction bids are coming.
- Budget approvals and recent awards. Approved spend, plus incumbent and pricing intel.
How to use it
Signals are filtered to your NAICS codes, state, and keywords, and each one carries a likelihood indicator and a plain-English explanation of what it means. Watch for hot clusters, where several signals come from the same buyer, and act early: research the buyer, build a relationship, and be ready when the RFP posts. Full Signals is a paid feature; free accounts see how many match their profile.
