What owners, admins and members can do
Everyone in your workspace sees the same matches, pursuits and pipeline. The role decides who can change the shared setup and who can manage the workspace itself.
The three roles
Member. Works every bid: reads matches, saves searches, tracks pursuits, adds notes and files, assigns work, moves stages, records outcomes and uses AI Chat. A member cannot edit the company profile, keywords or NAICS codes that every match is scored against, cannot invite teammates or remove members, and cannot change roles or billing.
Admin. Everything a member does, plus the shared setup: admins edit the company profile, keywords and NAICS codes, trigger a re-score, invite teammates and remove members. Only the owner removes an admin. Admins do not change roles, transfer ownership or manage billing.
Owner. Everything, including roles, ownership transfer and the plan and billing. There is one owner per workspace.
Which role to give a teammate
Most teammates should be members. A member can do all the day-to-day capture work without changing what the whole team is matched against. Make someone an admin when they should maintain the shared profile or bring colleagues in. The invite dialog and the Team page both show this table, so you can decide at invite time.
Changing roles
The owner changes a teammate between admin and member from the Team page in Settings, and can transfer ownership from the same page. Changes apply immediately.
