  • Past proposals. Boilerplate and full sections to reuse.
  • Personnel. Key people, for org charts and staffing plans.

Library health and privacy

A health checklist shows which sections the AI writer can ground based on what you have uploaded. The more complete your library, the less generic your drafts. Your content is private to your organization and is never used to train shared AI models. Do not upload classified, CUI, or export-controlled material.
